How do I place a custom order?

Please leave exact wording and vision for designs while ordering.  Please email or message me on instagram with any photos or videos of inspiration or design examples.   A mockup design will be emailed to you prior to shipping. Be sure to provide a valid e-mail address.If you do not respond within 72 hours, your order will be shipped as the mockup is designed. Once the mockup design has been sent, minor changes can be made. For example, spelling mistakes, minor color changes, photo placement, adding or removing small elements of the design, or font choice are minor changes. Please be sure to check spelling and sayings for correctness. Once mockup is approved, there will be no changes. If something is missed spelled or worded incorrectly and notcorrected during the mockup stage, the design will not be reprinted. .

How long does a custom order take?

Ordering processing will be 10-12 business days. Shipping will occur by the 12th business day unless otherwise previously discussed. Please provide the event date not the date you’d like the order to arrive by. In the event that you put the incorrect date, we are not responsible for your package not arriving on time. 

How do I place a rush order?

SHIPPING

What is the Shipping Policy?

Shipping: All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail or UPS. A tracking number willbe provided as soon as your order ships. ChiaraDIYWhat is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier. 

We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier.  Once shipped, if there is a delay, please contact the carrier. 

What is the return policy?

Due to the custom nature of my products, returns  or cancellations can’t be accepted. If your plans change and you need to make changes to your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet.  Once orders have been shipped, no refunds will be given.
